In this personal training package, we’ll evaluate your current fitness levels and create a custom workout plan based on your goals for you to do with your trainer. Your trainer will teach you proper exercise technique and form, and warm up exercises for your specific muscle imbalances. Following your onboarding, your trainer will share nutritional recommendations to help you reach your goals.

In this custom 1:1 coaching package, we’ll tackle your fitness goals from start to finish over the course of 12 weeks. Following your onboarding, we create a custom nutrition and workout plan that strategically targets your goals to create lasting results. As we progress in your 1:1 coaching, we perfect things like exercise technique and form, mindset around food and exercise, and building new habits for your lifestyle. This package places a large emphasis on education. You will learn all the tools you need to get results and maintain them on your own.

In this custom workout programming package, we’ll take the mental work out of going to the gym by creating a custom workout plan for you to do on your own. Your workout plan can be done at the gym or at home, with your choice of 3-6 workouts per week. This package is also a perfect add on to the in person training package if you want workouts to do on your own outside of training.
